About The Position

At Triple Creek Ranch we are looking for hard-working, reliable, and detailed-oriented individuals that want to be a part of an amazing team. This job consists of moving around to all parts of the ranch and working with a team to get the job done! Keep landscape areas clean and free of debris, while maintaining a friendly and professional manner while working cooperatively with management and co-workers in an atmosphere of teamwork and while maintaining positive and friendly relations with all guests and co-workers. Minimum Required Qualifications The person in this position needs to: Frequently move about Triple Creek Ranch and the CB Garden Constantly operate equipment and garden tools such as spades, rakes, hoes, lawn mowers, trimmers, pruners, sprinklers, blowers, etc. Occasionally ascend/ descend stairways and ladders to access fruit on trees and locations in our lodge. Constantly position self to work in hard to reach areas. Occasionally move and position equipment, tools, supplies, and boxes weighing up to 50 pounds. Occasionally work in harsh outdoor weather conditions. Occasionally operate equipment such as a bobcat or tractor. Occasionally position oneself to reach low bushes and low lying landscape. Must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record and be insurable on our company liability insurance as a driver of company vehicles. Essential Functions Create a positive and energetic environment that supports the delivery of an exceptional guest experience while upholding the highest level of TCR and Relais & Châteaux standards. Maintain the extraordinary five-star TCR image and resort appearance including all service, cleanliness, and appearance standards. Comply with company policies & procedures, safety standards & rules, and federal/state/local laws and ordinances. Work in a manner which accommodates guests’ quiet enjoyment of Triple Creek Ranch. Work cooperatively with other employees and departments and provide communication to team members regarding any special requests or changes to operation norms. Maintain records, inventory, equipment and materials in an organized manner. Maintain outdoor landscaping at both Triple Creek Ranch and the CB Ranch Orchard/Garden. Make reasonable recommendations to a Manager for needed improvements or changes. Landscaping, raking and weed-whacking. Mowing garden lawns - push mow and riding mower. Maintain clean grounds, pruning, trimming, and weeding. Operate, maintain, and perform minor repairs on equipment/tools/appliances used on the job. Work efficiently alone and with others. Work harmoniously, politely and courteously with others at all times. Other tasks and responsibilities as the need arises. Job Classification This is a non-exempt position under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
