About The Position

The Outdoor Garden Sales Associate at Big Tool Box & Highlands Garden Center is a seasonal, full-time role focused on providing exceptional customer service in the garden center. Requirements

  • Completion of Master Gardener Program or proven aptitude in landscape plants and their care.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with the public.
  • Ability to follow specific instructions and perform duties as assigned.
  • Skill in establishing priorities and managing workload effectively.
  • Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with plant and garden-related questions.
  • Ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
