About The Position

The Garden Center Merchandiser at Costa Farms is responsible for executing operational tasks in Big Box Retail Garden Centers around Pasadena, TX. Requirements

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Must have a smartphone or mobile device for business purposes with necessary apps installed.
• Ability to stand, walk, crouch, bend, reach, pull, push, lift, and stretch.
• Ability to move items on or near floor level and overhead.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including listening and oral communication skills.
• Flexibility and responsiveness to provide high-quality service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety standards while working in the stores and ensure other employees do the same.
• Exhibit high levels of productivity and accuracy while merchandising products in the stores.
• Energetically execute tasks as directed by team members.
• Strive to learn quickly and improve execution and productivity daily.
• Complete surveys and Go Spot Check missions correctly and promptly.
• Arrive at set locations to meet with the team and consistently complete shifts.
• Prepare stores for tours, meetings, and other events as required.
• Provide excellent customer service to stores and store personnel with professionalism and integrity.
• Project a cheerful, helpful, and friendly persona to consumers.
• Attend meetings as requested.
