About The Position
Costa Farms has a Garden Center Merchandiser position in Big Box Retail Garden Centers around Methuen, Tewksbury, Reading and Salem, MA! 80% of our Supervisors and Area Managers started as Merchandisers and were promoted to their current positions. You could do the same! The Garden Center Merchandiser is responsible for executing operational tasks as directed by teammates and/or the Costa Farms managers at the teams' stores. The Merchandiser should focus on learning the skills and thought processes necessary to meet Costa Farms standards successfully.
