providing friendly, informed service, maintaining clean, organized, and well-stocked displays, and using product knowledge to assist customers and enhance their shopping experience.

Requirements

• Knowledge or willingness to learn about products and their location on the sales floor
• Bringing helpful service to all customers.
• Ability to demonstrate and set the example for Adams’ culture and values
• Ability to operate Adams’ point of sale systems
• Willingness to work collaboratively and communicate with a  team of co-workers and managers
• Exhibit enthusiasm, positivity and/or knowledge about Adams’ products and quality

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers in person and over the phone
• Keep shelves, displays, and all areas of the department clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Monitor product quality and presentation, addressing any packaging or display issues
• Unpack, price, and stock inventory accurately with correct signage, including the use of a HHT
• Operate the register and assist with bagging and loading customer purchases
• Maintain both indoor and outdoor spaces, including sweeping, dusting, and straightening products
• Prioritize customer assistance over tasks and help create a positive shopping experience
