About The Position

Join the team at J.W. Jung Seed Company , an industry leader in mail-order and retail gardening. With six garden centers across Wisconsin, Jung Seed Company ships thousands of quality seeds, plants, and gardening accessories to all 50 states.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Seasonal Garden Center Associate to support the daily operations of our Randolph, WI Garden Center, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining plant health.

Requirements

• Strong Customer service and communication skills
• Previous cash-handling or retail experience preferred
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Knowledge of annuals, perennials, trees, shrubs, soils, insecticides, and plant disease management preferred
• Willingness to work nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service throughout all stages of the shopping experience
• Assist customers in locating products and selecting items that meet their needs
• Care for plants, including watering, pruning, and general upkeep
• Perform cashiering transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Other duties as assigned
