Pay Range: 100% commission-based. High performers earn $135k-$190k+ in uncapped commissions.
Requirements
- A true Sales professional; 3-5 years of sales experience preferred.
- Competitive, driven, and energized by goals and results.
- Charismatic, persuasive, and comfortable steering high-stakes conversations.
- Sharp and able to follow a proven playbook while adapting in real time.
- At your best when the bar is high, the pace is fast, and the rewards match the effort.
- Motivated by impact, income, and the satisfaction of earning big.
Responsibilities
- Meet with pre-qualified homeowners, (no cold-calling). Every appointment is an opportunity to close.
- Lead structured, high-clarity in-home consultations that uncover needs and build custom solutions.
- Drive decisive conversations that create commitment and deliver real results.
