About The Position

Lignetics is developing a portfolio of consumer brands in several different categories including wood pellets for home heating, BBQ pellets for grilling, wood pellets and shavings for animal bedding, and a wood fiber-based cat litter. Each of our products have unique features and benefits but are all linked with a wonderful recycled, renewable, sustainable, and carbon neutral story. We turn recycled saw dust into value-add, branded consumer products.

Requirements

  • High School degree required
  • Will need above average skills in communication both oral and written
  • Will need above average skills in organization and attention to detail
  • Will need to have had experience with Excel
  • Demonstrates ability to work as a teamwork and effectively manage through others
  • Demonstrates the ability to work under pressure and multi-task
  • Previous experience in manufacturing office and/or accounting preferred
  • Will be bending/lifting up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Answering phones and helping walk-in customers
  • Signing for deliveries and taking items back to the shop
  • Submitting and organizing shop paperwork (i.e. repair reports, invoices, mail, work orders, etc.)
  • Support the finance department on all month end and year end procedures including but not limited to physical inventory, AP Invoice management.
  • Provide backup coverage when needed.
  • DVR: Post truck repair reports from Geo Tab to Service Shop
  • Track trailer Service due Reports
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • AP Invoice Management
  • Code invoices and communicate to AP department
  • Scan picking slips to Corp share folder
  • Purchase Order Receipts
  • Receipt Non-Stock supplies
  • Receipt and stock Parts inventory
  • Receipt Packaging Material
  • Month End Close
  • Month End Cash-out and reports
  • AR report: review account status and call if needed
  • Create statements in Service Shop, mail or email
  • Other Administrative Support
  • Provide support to Service Manager and safety program
  • Update daily reports as assigned
  • Postal mail and daily package distribution
  • Review breakroom and office supplies: update Excel/request items
  • Other assigned duties
