Requirements
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Mechanical curiosity—comfortable using basic hand tools
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work on ladders
- A positive, customer-first attitude
- Good communication skills and a team mindset
- Dependable, organized, and eager to learn
- High school diploma or GED
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, automotive, or general labor is helpful
Responsibilities
- Assist with garage door installation, repair, and maintenance
- Learn how to troubleshoot mechanical issues safely and effectively
- Perform safety inspections and follow industry best practices
- Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and empathy
- Document each job with basic notes and photos
- Keep tools, equipment, and work vehicles organized and clean
- Support technicians and team members throughout daily operations
- Follow all safety procedures to protect yourself and our customers
