Requirements

• Exceptional work ethic and the ability to make good decisions
• Eagerness and willingness to learn
• Must be punctual, responsible and dependable
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work together as a team
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Must possess a clean background check and be able to pass a drug test
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Basic Mechanical Skills
• High School Diploma or GED, some college preferred
• Good oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Drive to customers’ location at specified times and adhere to a strict schedule
• Provide safety inspection and diagnose the customer’s garage door and opener
• Resolve the customer's problems and take care of their needs and wants with our exclusive products, training and warranties
• Provide an exceptional customer experience
