About The Position

As an Installer , you’ll help transform our customers’ homes by creating organization, beauty, and joy in every project. You’ll receive intensive classroom and hands-on training to quickly grow your skills—with the goal of advancing to a full Installer role. Working alongside experienced team members, you’ll assist in delivering flawless installations that exceed expectations.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Experience with basic hand tools and different hardware types
• Strong attention to detail—accuracy to the millimeter
• Organized, systematic, and solutions-oriented approach to work
• Professional communication skills and customer service mindset
• Physical ability to lift and carry products into workspaces

Responsibilities

• Assist with the assembly and installation of custom home organization systems (not Garage door installation - coatings, scraping, etc.)
• Read and interpret design drawings to match parts to proper assemblies
• Handle and transport materials safely—indoors and outdoors—in all weather conditions
• Perform surface detailing and ensure every project meets our high-quality standards
• Maintain a professional appearance and communicate effectively with customers and teammates
• Work at least two weekends per month and adapt to meet critical business needs
