About The Position
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused 3rd Shift Parking Garage Ambassador to serve as the first point of contact for customers using our parking facilities. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with parking equipment, ensuring safety and cleanliness, and supporting daily garage operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with the public and being part of a team that keeps our city moving.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced environments
- Ability to work outdoors and stand/walk for extended periods
- Must be reliable and punctual
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers entering and exiting the garage
- Assist customers with pay stations, gates, and parking equipment
- Monitor garage activity and report safety or maintenance concerns
- Perform routine garage inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety
- Support special events and high-traffic periods as required
