About The Position

14429 - Gaming Systems Application Owner (onsite) – Doral, FL Start Date: ASAP Type: contract to hire Estimated Duration: 12+ months contract to hire Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client; With availability to travel to remote locations to provide support as needed. With 10% travel required. Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.

Requirements

• Availability to work 100% onsite at the Client’s site in Doral, FL (required);
• Experience with application ownership and system administration for gaming or hospitality systems (1+ years);
• Experience with managing user identities, provisioning workflows, and access policies (3+ years);
• Experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) for identity governance;
• Experience monitoring and troubleshooting application integration incidents;
• Experience with identity synchronization between systems such as Active Directory, SAP, or ServiceNow;
• Experience configuring and maintaining application connectors and API integrations;
• Experience with compliance frameworks such as PCI and SOX;
• Experience with Enterprise Directory and Directory Integration including ITDS, SDS, AD, or LDAP;
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related work experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and entitlement management (1+ years);
• Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow (Cloud Identity);
• Experience with scripting in PowerShell for automation;
• Experience with SailPoint IDN lifecycle management modules including joiner, mover, and leaver;
• Experience with User Access Reviews (UAR) and Privileged Access Reviews (PAR);
• Experience with customizing workflows, rules, and reports for application onboarding;
• Certification in SailPoint IdentityNow.

Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, and support the SailPoint identity governance and administration platform.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues within the SailPoint environment and application integrations.
• Administer user lifecycle events including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access changes.
• Maintain and optimize identity synchronization between the cloud platform and connected systems like Active Directory.
• Configure and maintain connectors to third-party systems to ensure seamless identity management.
• Develop and manage role-based access control workflows and application onboarding rules.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to align identity governance with security and compliance standards.
