About The Position

As a Sales Associate at Pro-Play Games, you play a key role in creating a welcoming and engaging environment for our customers. Your primary responsibilities include: Customer Service & Sales Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service to all guests. Assist customers with product selection, ensuring they find the right items for their needs. Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register. Upsell and promote store products, events, and membership programs. Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and proactively. Store Operations Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelves, counters, and play areas. Restock and organize merchandise as needed, ensuring inventory is properly displayed. Follow all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and cash-handling protocols. Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned. Event Support Provide support for in-store events, tournaments, and gaming sessions. Assist with event setup, check-ins, and general player engagement. Physical Requirements This role requires standing for the majority of the shift, with occasional bending, lifting, and moving of inventory. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs when handling store merchandise. Other Expectations Arrive on time and ready to work with a positive attitude. Work collaboratively with teammates to create a fun and inclusive environment. Be knowledgeable about the latest products, promotions, and store policies. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. MUST BE MINIMUM 18 YEARS OLD TO QUALIFY
