About The Position
Under the direction of the Gaming Machines Manager, this position is responsible for providing outstanding guest service to Naskila Casino guests, by monitoring gaming machines, providing instructions, making minor repairs, and verifying jackpots.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of one (1) year of public facing guest service experience in the Gaming or Hospitality industry or Certification in Gaming.
- Must be flexible to work Days, Swings, Overnight shifts including weekends and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of experience in a Gaming department.
