Based in our Alpharetta Georgia office and reporting into the Senior Vice President and General Counsel, The Gaming Licensing Coordinator is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of personnel gaming licenses across various jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This critical role involves overseeing license applications, renewals, and compliance reporting, while serving as the primary liaison between Agilysys and regulatory authorities. Working closely with internal teams - such as Legal, Product Development, Professional Services, and Customer Support teams, the coordinator gathers necessary documentation and ensures that licensing procedures are completed accurately and on time. The role requires an understanding of gaming licensing or similar personnel licensing regulations and an ability to navigate complex legal frameworks. Additionally, the Coordinator will proactively monitor regulatory developments, identify compliance risks, and recommend strategies to mitigate them. Maintaining meticulous records, ensuring timely renewals, and managing interactions with licensed employees and gaming regulators are essential aspects of the position.
