About The Position

The Gaming Creator Growth Manager at TikTok LIVE is responsible for sourcing, acquiring, and onboarding high-potential content creators to enhance the TikTok LIVE ecosystem. This role acts as a liaison between creators and the TikTok LIVE Operations team, focusing on improving the live experience and executing the creator onboarding process. The position requires a strong understanding of the gaming community and the ability to provide strategic insights to creators based on data analysis and trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree
• 2+ years of experience in creator management, community management, or partner management
• Strong understanding of relationship building between tech platforms and creators
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple high-profile initiatives
• Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills
• Experience in negotiation and contracts
• Deep understanding of gaming communities and the gaming industry
• Experience with Discord, email marketing, and other scaled communication methods.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the live streaming space and understanding of live streaming trends
• Experience working in ambiguity and achieving results in a fast-paced environment
• Creative mindset focused on teaching creators how to grow and thrive

Responsibilities

• Grow a supply of Live content creators by sourcing, acquiring, and onboarding high potential creator talent to the TikTok LIVE ecosystem.
• Act as the bridge between creators and the TikTok LIVE Operations team to help identify ways to improve the Live experience and communicate key messages and initiatives.
• Execute the creator onboarding and management process, including signing and executing NDAs, communicating through Discord, tracking event sign-ups & attendees, presenting educational webinars, and attending relevant industry events.
• Provide insights, recommendations, and direction on growth & development strategies to creators based on data analysis and current trends.
