Requirements

Must be at least 15 years old.
Must possess oral and written English skills and must be able to communicate with guest and other employees effectively.
Be aware, attentive, and work well with others.
Energy and enthusiasm for long shifts.
Available to work overtime if over 18 years of age.
Required to work in various weather conditions.
Attention to detail.
Must be able to walk or stand for up to 6 to 8 hours a shift.
Requires occasional kneeling and bending.
Requires occasional reaching above shoulder, pushing and pulling.
Requires occasional lifts and carries up to 30 pounds.
Requires manual and bi-manual dexterity, fine and gross motor skills, eye/hand coordination, near vision, hearing and speech.

Nice To Haves

Sales and customer service experience beneficial.
Previous customer service and cash handling skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Encourage guests to play games, explain the rules of the game, and observe game play to ensure all game rules are followed.
Ensure payment has been taken before guests play game.
Deliver excellent guest service to all in a polite and friendly manner.
Assist supervisors in cleaning stock areas and stands.
Keep all stands fully stocked.
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment at all times.
Must have good attendance and punctuality.
Other duties as assigned.
