Games Attendant
About The Position
At Main Event, Games Attendants are at the center of the action on the games floor. This role requires individuals to be technologically savvy, outgoing, and capable of creating fun memories for Guests. Games Attendants must be knowledgeable about all games and entertainment options to make appropriate recommendations. Key responsibilities include monitoring event activities and safety protocols, assisting Guests with redemption suggestions for prizes, and upholding high standards of safety and sanitation. Requirements
- Guest focused mindset
- Savvy with technology and a willingness to learn new things
- Teamwork is a must
- Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
- Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends

- Experience in a similar role a plus
Responsibilities
- Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards
- Welcoming and engaging with all Guests, all while being an ambassador of FUN!
- Monitoring activities such as Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, and Rock Climbing to ensure they are stocked, clean and safe
- Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service
- Making sure the games and Winner’s Choice are clean and stocked
- Assisting Guests with questions regarding point redemption
- Performing minor repairs to games and laser tag vests
- Partnering with the Technical Team to report wear-and-tear and damage to games or equipment
- Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties
