About The Position

The GameMaster position at Auburn Escape Zones involves guiding players through interactive puzzle adventures in a fun and engaging environment. This role requires weekend availability and focuses on ensuring a smooth experience for guests as they navigate through escape rooms.

Requirements

• Availability to work Friday and Saturday evenings/nights
• Good communication skills and ability to multitask while engaging with groups
• Reliable transportation and ability to respond to location within 30 minutes
• Ability to read and follow an 'on call' style work schedule (must have smartphone)
• Previous escape room participation is a plus, especially at AEZ

Responsibilities

• Greet, sign in, brief and escort guests to their puzzle rooms
• Operate software while monitoring players, providing clues as needed
• Meet guests at the end of the room for a win/lose process
• Reset rooms for the next group, with attention to detail
• Perform light cleaning and some handiness/tool work as needed
