About The Position
Gameday Men's Health is seeking a part-time Medical Director for its newest clinic located in Nashua, NH. This position is ideal for a physician (MD/DO) who is currently engaged in a full-time practice and is looking to supplement their income. Gameday specializes in testosterone replacement therapy and erectile dysfunction treatments, and is recognized as the fastest growing men's clinic franchise in the United States. The Medical Director will be compensated with a fixed fee ranging from $2,000 to $4,000 per month, with the potential to significantly increase earnings as the franchise expands and additional clinics are opened in New Hampshire. The Medical Director will play a crucial role in overseeing the medical services provided at the clinic. This includes sharing in administrative functions that directly impact medical services, collaborating with the clinic manager on planning and budgeting, and providing leadership and guidance to the medical team, which includes Physician Assistants (PAs) and Nurse Practitioners (NPs). The Medical Director is expected to be on-site at least twice a month to ensure proper oversight and supervision of the mid-level practitioners' medical activities. Additionally, the Medical Director will be responsible for completing weekly quality assurance assessments and reviewing medical charts as required by state and federal law. In this role, the Medical Director must maintain effective working relationships with the Gameday Franchisor, practice employees, and patients. They will promote a medical environment that adheres to ethical standards and complies with all applicable laws and regulations. The position requires a caring and helpful attitude when interacting with patients and staff, as well as the ability to handle confidential information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. The Medical Director will also be involved in the ongoing training and education of the medical team, ensuring that all staff are competent and compliant with medical standards.
