About The Position

The Game Day Event Staff position at the Baltimore Orioles is designed for outgoing and fan-friendly individuals who will enhance the guest experience during home games. Staff members will greet fans, check tickets, and provide directional assistance, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from entrance to exit. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential, as the role requires attendance at approximately two-thirds of home games throughout the season.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct fans entering the ballpark.
• Provide directional information regarding seating, concessions, and general ballpark locations.
• Perform various assignments at entrance gates, including greeting, scanning, and examining tickets or passes.
• Maintain an upbeat, family-friendly atmosphere for all fans.
• Communicate with guests in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
• Guide fans to exits or provide assistance in case of emergency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
