Why This Role Could Be a Great Fit for You You may thrive in this position if you’re looking for a flexible, event‑driven opportunity and can: Commit to working the majority of home games and scheduled events (approximately 85% after hire). Provide availability for early evening weekday shifts (most shifts begin around 5:00 PM) and weekend events. Stay active and engaged for several hours at a time, including walking ramps/stairs and supporting emergency response when needed. Work outdoors in all weather conditions and maintain a professional, calm presence. Reliably get to and from the ballpark — even during extended games, weather delays, or peak traffic.
