The Rochester Knighthawks are seeking Gameday Assistants/Flight Crew in Rochester, NY for the 2025-26 season (November – May).

Requirements

  • College student pursuing a degree in sports management, communications, marketing, broadcasting, or related fields, or recent college graduate
  • Enthusiastic about sports, live events, and teamwork
  • Reliable, detail- and deadline-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as required by the team schedule
  • Comfortable in a fast-paces, high-energy environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude

Responsibilities

  • Assist with game day production, including setup, show scripting, promotions, and entertainment elements.
  • Support in-arena operations (e.g., on-field contests, crowd engagement, mascot support).
  • Help run video board content, music cues, and sponsorship activations.
  • Work with the marketing and social media teams to capture content and engage fans.
  • Provide event support for community appearances, player signings, and youth lacrosse programs.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance the fan experience and overall show atmosphere.
  • Support general office and event logistics as needed.
