About The Position

Incredibowl Entertainment Toledo is seeking Game Zone Technicians to ensure the operational efficiency of arcade and laser tag equipment. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment to provide a seamless experience for guests. Technicians will also assist with inventory management and maintain a clean and inviting arcade environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical repair or a related field.
• Strong mechanical skills and ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electronic equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to utilize technical manuals and follow established procedures.
• Reliable transportation to and from the location in Toledo, OH.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Fluency in English.

• Experience with arcade or laser tag equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with arcade games and laser tag equipment.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on arcade and laser tag equipment.
• Research and identify required replacement parts for repairs.
• Assist with putting away redemption prizes and participate in monthly inventory processes.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the arcade environment.
• Assist team members and guests with inquiries and prize redemption.
• Stay informed about upcoming center events and maintain a professional appearance.
• Adhere to attendance guidelines and company policies.
