About The Position

The Game Technician at Bavarian Inn Lodge is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while maintaining and repairing arcade games. This role involves assisting guests with their gameplay, ensuring a profitable operation of the game center, and demonstrating leadership within the department. The technician will also handle mechanical and circuitry issues, relying on manuals and wiring diagrams for diagnostics and repairs.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Neat appearance and friendly disposition.
• Good multi-tasking skills and ability to work on gaming boards with precision.
• Quick and efficient problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of computer systems.
• Understanding of micro processing systems and reset procedures.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights continually.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with their game play and ensure an enjoyable experience.
• Install, maintain, and repair mechanical and circuitry issues within arcade games.
• Diagnose issues using manuals and wiring diagrams.
• Demonstrate outstanding performance and adhere to uniform policy.
• Promote Bavarian Inn Lodge Fun Center and affiliated locations to guests.
• Communicate professionally and friendly with both internal and external guests.
