About The Position

Role Overview We are searching for a self-motivated individual who is passionate about games and thrives in detail. As a Game Specialist you will focus on working with game related content to help us improve Roblox systems. Your work will focus on the collection, modification and classification of assets based on a set of guidelines. You will: Explore game contents across a variety of game genres and execute specific gameplay actions Classify content based on a set of instructions Content classification includes the review and classification of text, image, video, and audio. This role will primarily focus on 3D content Track and document insights and trends related to annotation projects Test out new features and provide detailed feedback Become an expert in a variety of topics to enable more accurate evaluations

Requirements

• General understanding of Roblox and the Roblox community.
• Avid gaming experience across most game genres and ability to adapt to a variety of gaming environments including non-Roblox games.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated patience for repetitive tasks and attention to detail
• Effective time management skills
• Ability to effectively use AI to reduce administrative and operational churns

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in using Blender or other 3D creation tools is a plus
• Solid knowledge of the technical aspects of Roblox Studio is a plus
• Fluency in a second language is a plus
