At XEODesign, we make games more fun. With almost 20 years of experience, we have improved over 100 million player experiences, invented the first accelerometer game for the iPhone, and now we want your production experience to make our company better. As a producer at XEODesign, you'll be pulling together necessary resources to create games, organize developers, tasks, and assets within budget and schedule requirements. The producer will manage the development of one or more XEODesign projects simultaneously. This position is located on site in the beautiful Rockridge business district of Oakland CA.

Lead the team in creating the best game possible in keeping with the games creative vision while staying on budget and schedule.
Create and maintain project budgets and schedules as well as processes that will improve quality and reduce costs.
Target resources and manage all aspects of the development process: schedules, budgets, design, production approvals and QA.
Hiring and management of team members including processing contracts and invoices.
Maintain production documentation and track tasks.
Manage communications with executives, publishers, and clients.
Write proposals including scope of deliverables.

3+ years experience producing game titles.
Shipped at least one mobile game.
Ability to focus and inspire team.
Must have primary budgetary experience.
A team builder with a sense of humor and a love of collaboration.
A goal oriented problem solver.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in an environment of creativity.
Results driven.
Knack for juggling multiple projects at once.
Exceptional ability to budget and schedule.
Ability to build and adapt pipelines to production needs.
Expertise at prioritizing value/time/quality of production tasks.
Proficiency in MS Project and Excel.
