Requirements

• 4+ years experience working in a production role, managing cross-functional teams in the creation and delivery of complex projects.
• Deep understanding of game development, software development processes, and project management practices.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude; strong preference for applicants with game development experience.
• Experience in an environment requiring excellent problem-solving skills, viewing each new problem as an opportunity for success.
• Self-starter with a creative and methodical approach to challenges, seeing them through to resolution.
• Ability to communicate with varying levels of stakeholders within the team and throughout the company.
• Ability to drive high velocity, high impact development cycles, balancing short-term needs and long-term vision.
• Ability to adapt and be effective in ambiguous situations within a highly dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate development operations by working on one or more development pods focusing on particular verticals of the game and ensuring timely delivery to meet goals, deadlines, and milestones.
• Build and facilitate the schedule by scoping and scheduling the desired work for the team, maintaining project plans, schedules, and roadmap, and considering dependencies across multiple development teams.
• Proactively seek resolutions by identifying problems and proposing solutions before they become roadblocks, owning the outcome of your area.
• Be a flexible multitasker, handling multiple large production needs within development pods, identifying and breaking down prioritizations, and maintaining strong communication across various channels.
• Be the center of communication by providing transparency on project status and risks to stakeholders, ensuring they are informed of any impacts.
• Support all of your team's production needs including planning, scheduling, task tracking, and bug triage.
