  • Demonstrated ownership of significant development pipelines or features (such as character pipelines, cinematics, progression systems, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of the full game production lifecycle from concept through launch.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate intake and tracking of new game concepts, ensuring all required materials and documentation are collected and maintained.
  • Support the preparation, assembly, and review of due diligence materials, risk assessments, and Greenlight documents.
  • Help templatize and refine operational workflows to streamline early stage production activities.
  • Support the implementation of process improvements and documentation standards across the Early Stage Production team.
  • Leverage your experience owning or managing key development areas (e.g., character pipelines, cinematics, progression features, art asset delivery, etc.) to assess feasibility and production planning for new projects.
  • Collaborate with development teams to clarify technical and production dependencies within your areas of expertise.
  • Provide insights into best practices and risk factors for specific pipelines or features, supporting more accurate early stage evaluations.
  • Work closely with senior producers, creative, technical, and external partners to ensure smooth communication and alignment during early project phases.
