After 3 months, your base rate increases to $8.00 per hour plus the guaranteed $10.00 tip rate, bringing your total compensation to $18.00 per hour . Learn the ropes of our core casino games and hone your on-camera presentation skills. Work Schedule : Our studio operates 24/7 so preparedness for evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts is essential. Who We're Looking For : Individuals who are professional, mature, and understand the importance of workplace guidelines. Those with a strong service mindset and excellent communication abilities. Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be able to obtain a NJ Gaming License.
Must wear assigned uniforms and maintain professional appearance standards.
Responsible, dedicated, and dependable.
Prolonged sitting at counter height (36”) chairs and tables
Repeated use of both hands and arms
Full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities
Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4+ feet away
Ability to communicate one way verbally to players
Ability to lift up to up to 10 lbs. (for the shoe)
Ability to present on camera continuously in front of 30W High Beam Bi-Color LED Soft Lights without protective eyewear
