About The Position

The Game Prep Manager oversees all aspects of game preparation and installation for Gaming Capital Group casino floor projects. This role ensures accurate scheduling, coordination, and execution of game installs while maintaining regulatory compliance protocols of the casino. The position requires strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and technical knowledge to support both prep and field service teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or game preparation preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic computer applications.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be willing to travel.
  • Must have a flexible schedule.
  • Must be able to lift 50 – 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with game performance and compliance teams to maintain up-to-date knowledge of upcoming installations and floor changes, ensuring timely communication of incidents or events during preparation and installation.
  • Manage and inform the prep crew of impending installs and floor changes, posting schedules and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Create and verify electronic game identification sheets upon receipt of change or install notifications, ensuring accurate details such as game and bank location, theme name, serial number, and project number.
  • Schedule and coordinate logistics for delivery trucks, ensuring driver availability for each project, and prepare and distribute bills of lading.
  • Assist with testing, assessing, and repairing GCG-owned player tracking systems, including ordering necessary parts in a timely manner.
  • Support game prep technicians in preparing for casino floor projects, including cleaning games, attaching bases, preparing cash boxes, installing player tracking systems, locks, and toppers, changing candles, and organizing storage.
  • Assist field service technicians with electronic game preparation prior to programming, including unloading, positioning, setting games, running power cords, connecting games to networks, bolting bases, and connecting banks to main power switches.
  • Provide support to the VP of Operations on special projects as needed.
  • Monitor team productivity and provide coaching to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and morale.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies throughout all operations.
