Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a genuine love for interacting with people
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Employment contingent upon successful Background Check and/or CORI Screening
- Minimum age of 18 years old
- Ability to stand for extended periods (6–8 hours) and move between rooms quickly
- TiPS Certification (training provided if not currently certified)
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in guests with a warm, positive attitude
- Brief players on game rules, safety, and storyline
- Use Escapology’s M3 software to provide hints and clues during gameplay
- Keep the atmosphere upbeat, engaging, and fun for guests and teammates
- Upsell games, beverages, and merchandise to enhance the guest experience
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain a clean, organized environment following daily/weekly/monthly schedules
- Ensure guest and staff safety at all times
- Assist with general operational tasks as needed
- Stay current on training and follow direction from the Head Game Master or management
