RCX Sports is seeking a League Representative for NFL FLAG, responsible for overseeing game day operations and ensuring a positive experience for players, coaches, and parents. This seasonal position lasts 8-10 weeks starting in early April, with a work schedule of 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Sundays. The role involves setting up and breaking down league booths and fields, managing game situations, and establishing relationships with coaches and officials. Training will be provided, and no prior sports industry experience is required.
