Game Day Merchandise Sales Representative
About The Position
Summary: The New York Mets (Consumer Products Department) are looking for part-time employees to fill the Game Day Merchandise Sales Representatives position for the 2026 season. This position will be responsible for working the Amazin’ Memorabilia Store during Mets home games at Citi Field. Amazin’ Memorabilia is the official source for game-used and autographed Mets collectibles. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Assist in game-day operations of Mets Amazin’ Memorabilia Store Open/Close in-stadium store during games and special events as needed Interact with customers in a professional and outgoing manner Learn and understand the market value of memorabilia Establish and expand relationships with current customers and create new relationships with additional fans Ensure appearance, organization, cleanliness of Amazin’ Memorabilia Store is exceptional Operate Point-Of-Sale system to process sales, view inventory, and complete/report on end-of-day functions Requirements: Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays during the baseball season. Professional demeanor with strong organizational, planning and communication skills Must be team-oriented with the ability to work independently Must be extremely flexible and open to learn new skills Must be able to open and close the store, including but not limited to product merchandising, running sales reports, receiving cashless payments, and running standard End Of Day register reconciliation Must have a high school diploma or equivalent Must be able to lift merchandise that can weigh up to 50 lbs.
