About The Position
Galvanize Climate Solutions is seeking an Investment Associate for its Credit and Capital Solutions platform. The Associate should have strong financial modeling and analytics experience and an interest in decarbonization investing. This person will gain experience investing across the capital structure including first lien direct lending, subordinated capital (including mezzanine debt and preferred equity), and structured and opportunistic investments. This person's core responsibilities will include deal origination support, deal screening, due diligence, financial modeling and analysis, drafting investment committee materials, and closing for new deals and follow-on investments. Additionally, the Associate may also support portfolio management and fundraising functions. This is an exciting opportunity to help expand a growing platform within a well-established and successful firm.
