About The Position

As a new Gallery of Inspiration Assistant at Community Counseling Center (CCC), you can expect a dynamic and engaging day-to-day experience. Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily program operations, scheduling, and coordination with agency programs.
  • Provide coverage when Program Manager is unavailable.
  • Arrange and facilitate art lessons for consumers.
  • Support the planning and facilitation of the Gallery activities, groups, and events.
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager to develop creative art concepts and projects.
  • Assist in the promotion and implementation of marketing strategies to increase awareness and engagement of the art gallery.
  • Conduct outreach and participate in art outreach events.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external program partners.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for reporting purposes.
  • Support communication and coordination with other agency programs utilizing Gallery Services.
