Requirements

• You have experience as a Concierge with a focus on excellent customer service.
• You're resourceful and creative when solving problems quickly and effectively.
• Organizing and managing multiple priorities comes naturally to you.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage residents living in our Gallery Apartments as well as their families and guests.
• Respond to all special requests for Gallery residents such as light shopping, running personal errands, retrieving mail, and securing reservations and/or event tickets.
• Arrange and serve a continental breakfast, light snacks, and beverages to Gallery residents and their guests.
• Promote programs and events that are taking place at the community.
• Coordinate with all departments to confirm the care, maintenance, housekeeping and dining needs of the residents are met in a timely and efficient manner.
