About The Position

The Senior Flexonics GA Precision Swiss Machine Operator role involves operating CNC machines to produce high-quality machined components for various industries, including aerospace and hydraulic systems. Requirements

• CNC experience
• Ability to operate a wide variety of precision measuring devices
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, blueprints, and procedure manuals
• Effective communication skills with employees of the organization
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Ability to lift 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
• Specific vision abilities including close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned CNC machines to produce customer parts
• Perform basic machine adjustments
• Conduct basic preventative maintenance and tool care activities
• Complete all necessary documentation and paperwork for processes completed
