1. Provide support for the DBA program. 2. Maintain the DBA Student Database. 3. Help identify and gather instructional materials including research articles, books, software, etc. as directed by faculty. 4. Assist in preparing and sending welcome packets to new DBA students each year. Mail physical packets to new students, including preparing mailing labels, packaging, and drop-off at campus mail services. 5. Contribute to marketing or recruitment initiatives as needed (social media posts, flyers, event setup). 6. Setting up interviews and advising meetings in Microsoft TEAMS . 7. Assist with logistics such as room reservations, catering orders, sign-in sheets, tech setup, and printing materials. 8. Help with college and university assessments 9. Assist with DBA events including meetings, activities, interviews, retreats, and gatherings. 10. Assist Director and Associate Director with day-to-day projects. 11. Other Graduate School of Business duties/projects as needed.
