About The Position
BlueLinx is seeking a results-driven General Manager with a proven track record of leading sales teams and managing profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader who thrives on challenges and seeks opportunities to inspire and excel. This role involves aligning local market strategy with corporate strategy to maximize long-term profit and return on working capital, managing logistics, developing customer relationships, overseeing sales strategy, and leading a team to achieve high engagement and performance.
