About The Position
Within the First-Year Student Success Hub, Peer Coaches provide an opportunity for freshmen to discuss their goals and concerns with another student who understands the challenges that come with the transition from high school to college. Peer Coaches hold initial appointments with ALL new freshmen, work closely with Pathfinder students, explore majors with undeclared students, and discuss study strategies pertaining to each student's study type. Additionally, Peer Coaches help staff our Pathfinder Study Tables, First-Year Student Success Hub front desk, and other essential duties as needed to effectively support the greater mission of NKU.
