About The Position
Under direction implements Title I guidelines of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act, Every Student Succeeds Act of 2015 (ESSA Act), especially as it relates to the school improvement processes, evidence based strategies, staff certification requirements, professional development, schoolwide programs, family involvement, fiscal guidance, and technical assistance; works with schoolwide programs to plan and implement a comprehensive school improvement process including extended day and year programs; supports schools in the design and delivery of evidence-based and research-based instructional practices; assists school personnel in assessment, data collection, and analysis of formal and informal data for use in targeting and monitoring the effectiveness of academic supports, including interventions, enrichment, and acceleration; collaborates in the development and delivery of personalized family involvement policies and training designed to support individual student achievement.
