As an intern, you will learn, grow, and support Apple’s Space Planning team in managing Apple’s corporate real estate strategy.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Economics or related fields.
• Graduating in December 2026 or later.
• 3.0 minimum GPA.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Excel, Keynote, and Word.
• Some experience in corporate real estate with exposure to workplace strategy, space planning, or workplace metrics.
• Collaborative Team Player.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Solid organizational skills.
• Strong analytical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in many aspects of workplace strategy.
• Work on space optimization projects across the Americas.
• Project tracking lab move strategy support.
• Support updates to floor plans, seating charts, and occupancy databases.
• Document space planning processes.
• Develop project timelines.
• Support with reporting key occupancy metrics related to portfolio strategy.
• Build templates for project overviews, executive summaries, and cross-functional action plans.
• Collaborate with workplace design, facilities, and project management partners on space projects.
• Involvement in space planning and strategy creation.
• Review/compile headcount data and allocation information to support strategic planning.
