About The Position
Los Angeles Trade Technical College (LATTC) is a two-year community college located in downtown Los Angeles. Each semester, the college serves more than 15,000 students from diverse socio-economic backgrounds. The position involves instructing and safely supervising classes in electrical/electromechanical instruction to prepare students for the electrical energy efficiency, construction, and maintenance industry. The instructor will be responsible for teaching classes in the electrical and related energy trade, primarily during the daytime. Topics include tools of the trade, equipment, hardware, installation, workplace habits, and safety procedures.
