About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our locum tenens team. In this role, you will leverage our cutting-edge technology, resources, and established reputation to build and maintain strong relationships with physicians. Your ability to communicate effectively, thrive in a quota-driven sales environment, and stay persistent will be key to your success. Join our team and make an impact in healthcare staffing by providing talented physicians for temporary assignments nationwide. This role will be filled in our Irving, Texas headquarters or remote U.S.

Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in recruiting or sales.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong communicator with proven success in a sales-driven environment.
• Proven track record in a sales-driven environment, showcasing persuasive abilities and a results-focused approach.
• Skilled at resolving conflicts while maintaining a positive, collaborative environment.
• Capable of balancing independent work with effective collaboration to achieve shared goals.
