About The Position
The medication adherence representative is responsible for making outbound calls to patients and performing medication therapy management services such as medication adherence, comprehensive medication review, and other patient services. The representative will be responsible for answering patients’ questions, appointment confirmations, and logging patient demographics in an EHR .
Requirements
- Enrolled at Western University Health Sciences – College of Pharmacy
- Good academic standing

- Bilingual (Not required but preferred)
