Responsibilities

  • Territory management of a geographical area.
  • Responsible for the full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention.
  • Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests.
  • Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • New business development and Client acquisition/Account development.
  • Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
  • Educate customers on how EquipmentShare solves their problems.
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Keep customers up-to-date about new or additional ways EquipmentShare can help improve their business.
  • Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications.
  • Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.
  • Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience.

Requirements

  • Tenacious and innovative with superior outside sales experience and skills.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B sales preferred, but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical aptitude to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company.
  • Competitive, self-motivated and results-driven, but thrives in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to manage strategic and national accounts.
