Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in job posting country
  • Willing and able to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC)
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in an Engineering discipline
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
  • Commitment to safety, integrity, and continuous learning

  • Internship, co‑op, or professional experience in an engineering, technical, manufacturing, operations, or digital environment
  • Experience applying engineering principles to real‑world problems through coursework, projects, research, or professional roles
  • Exposure to industrial, manufacturing, energy, technology, or related engineering environments
  • Familiarity with engineering tools, software, or systems relevant to your discipline (e.g., CAD, simulation tools, data analysis platforms, automation or control systems)
  • Experience working on cross‑functional teams or collaborative project environmentsInterest in continuous improvement, operational excellence, digital transformation, or emerging engineering technologies
  • Demonstrated leadership, initiative, or involvement in student organizations, professional associations, or community projects
