About The Position

If so, we want to hear from you! Lithia & Driveway is looking to build a talent pipeline of skilled and motivated Technicians for upcoming roles across our service departments. What You Will Do: Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles. Conduct inspections and identify issues using the latest diagnostic equipment. Work collaboratively with service advisors and team members to ensure top-quality service. Maintain accurate records of all work performed. Adhere to manufacturer and dealership standards for safety and quality.
Requirements
- Automotive Technician Certification or equivalent (or currently in progress)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to doing the job right.
- Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a variety of vehicle systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Valid driver’s license
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
